On 14 March 2016 (Monday) at 9:00 am, Dhammagiri group consisting of 33 people, both monks and lay students visited International Buddhist College (IBC). They had a special interaction with the Most Ven. Dr. Wei Wu, the Founder and Council Chairman of IBC.
The interaction begun with the introduction of Dhammagiri by Ajahn Pitak in Thai language. He further depicted the purpose of visiting IBC and explained the significance of the journey for his group. His presentation was translated into English by Ms. Juntana, the main coordinator for the visit.
Then the Most Ven. Dr. Wei Wu introduced IBC by showing the video clip with some additional explanation about IBC’s vision and achievements. The presentation was translated into Thai by Ajahn Narong Chaiyatha.
IBC is trying to promote the noble teachings of the Buddha for the good of the many by providing the opportunity for students who aspire to pursue their higher education in Buddhist Studies.
