Maechee Suki Jitjaroen, 94 years old (1926 – 2020), was born in the province of Nakorn Ratchasima. A very kind and generous person, Maechee Sukhi fully devoted herself to propagate the Buddhadhamma and was thus well respected by the people. On November 20, 2020, she passed away peacefully. In recognition of her great contribution to Thai Buddhism, Maechee Sukhi Jitjaroen received an award, the Sao Sema Dhammachak from Her Royal Highness Princess Sirindhorn.
Her successors, at present Mae Chee Dam and Mae Chee Eed, and the devotees from Hat Yai will help run the temple.
